What it scores
Entity data is evaluated through four weighted layers, Understandability (can a machine parse who you are), Credibility (do ~3 independent sources agree), and Deliverability (can crawlers actually reach it), sitting on top of NEEATT notability. Understandability is weighted highest (0.35), then Credibility (0.30), Deliverability (0.25) and NEEATT Notability (0.10), because a machine that cannot parse who you are will not credit anything else.
Answer honestly. The lowest-scoring items are ranked as your biggest gaps, work them top-down.

Do I need a Wikipedia page to be a recognised entity?
No. Wikidata, a complete Crunchbase, consistent NAP and sameAs schema can establish an entity without meeting Wikipedia notability. The scorecard flags which corroboration sources you are missing.
