Refund and Cancellation Policy
RawMktg subscriptions are sold by Paddle, our authorised reseller and merchant of record, acting on behalf of Sageo SIA. Refunds are therefore governed by Paddle's refund policy, which applies in full. This page summarises it and adds no conditions of our own.

Every plan is preceded by a free audit that needs no card. We would rather you saw the product work on your own website before paying for it.
Refunds
Paddle's refund policy is the authority on any refund. In summary:
- In the EU, EEA, UK, Switzerland, Turkey and Israel you have a 14-day right to withdraw. In South Korea, Brazil, Canada and China it is 7 days, and in Singapore 5 days.
- Paddle also considers requests made within 14 days of a charge on their merits, taking account of the product, the reason and any usage.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and processed within 14 days of approval. Your bank may take a few days longer to show it.
How to ask for a refund
Email support@rawmktg.com from the address on the account, with the date of the charge, and we will take it up with Paddle for you. We aim to respond within two business days. You can also contact Paddle directly at paddle.net using the details on your receipt.
Cancelling
- You can cancel at any time from your account settings. No email or phone call needed.
- Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then reverts to the free tier.
- You can export your data at any time before or after cancelling.
- Cancelling and asking for a refund are separate things: if you want a payment refunded as well, say so and we will take it to Paddle.
Upgrades and downgrades
- Upgrading takes effect immediately. You are charged the difference for the remainder of the current period.
- Downgrading takes effect at the next renewal, so you keep the higher plan for the period you have paid for.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank — we would almost always rather refund you directly, and it is faster for you.
Statutory rights
Nothing on this page limits any refund or cancellation right you have under the law that applies to you, including consumer rights where they apply.
